Error in CFX-Pre

Hi I have a problem when i try to open new simulation file in CFX-Pre the following massage appear for me :Error No license for CFX-Pre could be found. Can anyone say to me why this massage appear for me? knowing that the solver manager and CFX-post work normally?

Its because you haven't got a valid license for Pre (but have for post / solver). Perhaps it has expired, or isnt being referenced correctly by the license manager?

I don not think it was expired because the Lisence Manger was running normally? Can you guide me how can I referenced the lisence correctly to the CFX-Pre? Thanks
