lift and drag calculation

hi, I'm simulating a flow around a foil and i have a trouble with my lift and drag calculation in CFX post, the two folowing expressions does not give the same value (for drag here):
with pressure: Cd=areaInt(Pressure*Normal X+Wall Shear*Normal X)@foil/(0.5*rho*U^2*S)=0.021 with force: Cd=sum(Force X)@foil/(0.5*rho*U^2*S)=0.028 CFX help say that function Force include viscous force but it does not seems to be ok... Thank you in advance. |
