Blade surface velocity distribution
 

I would like to draw blade surface veocity distributions corresponding to blade loading chart for a rotor blade in cfd post. I noticed that there are many types of velocity components such as velocity in stationary frame, velocity u v w, axial and so on. Which one of velocity should I use for this purpose?

I believe it would be the velocity in the freestream direction.

Firstly, this would depend on which parameter you want to use to represent the blade loading. I don't think any velocity alone can represent the blade loading. I would recommond you to read through some introduction about D parameter, Deflection angel, etc.
