Default extreme porosity

Hi everybody, I need to represent a wall with changing porosity between two extremes. The flow has to be allowed to pass through without any resistence, in the beginning, and in the end it has to be complitely blocked. I tried to work on extreme values for volume porosity, permeability and loss coefficient, but the flow is never complitely free nor complitely blocked. Does anybody know how to deal with it?
