prob while exporting icem cfd hexa mesh to fluent

i have generated hexa mesh for flow over cone-cylinder with wing and tail in ICEM CFD 5.1. I checked the mesh with edit mesh tool bar for any possible problems; and fixed volume orientation problem. The mesh quality is also good. Then i exported the mesh to Fluent. Fluent reports following error: Building...

grid, Cell Centroid is xc 1.119848 yc -0.214066 zc 0.008845WARNING: no face with given nodes. Thread 28, cell 89856 Error: Build_Grid: grid error.

Clearing partially read grid.

Error: Null Domain Pointer

Error Object: ()

can someone help me to successfully export the mesh to fluent?

Did you check all 'possible problems' and all 'errors' in the Check Mesh functions? Are all the boundary surface elements correct? You may need to go to your support provider...

i checked the hexa mesh with default options. I didnt enable all options in check mesh toolbar.

You may want to do so. See if anything gets flagged. Was this created purely in Hexa/Blocking? Or were there extrudes also?

IS it 2D? Remember to associate EVERY edge and line of the geometry!
