Default ICEM 10 smooth transition error

I am using ICEM 10 and trying to create a pure tet mesh. The model will mesh, but when it tries to smooth transition I get this error. I have a nice surface mesh, but my interior volume mesh gets really coarse near the middle since smooth transition fails. This is why I want smooth transition. I tried to find the below edge and face numbers, but to no avail. I have gone to repair geometry and checked all surfaces and curves and after I remesh I get the same message. Can anyone help me? Thank you.

ERR 3106 : SURFACE EDGE 151508 151509 INTERSECTS WITH FACE 52187 52721 54698 ERROR:3106 - A surface edge intersects a surface face status 1 Application did not finish correctly. Error: tri2tet exited with a non-zero status Warning: Smooth transition failed

I normally just dick around with the mesh sizing to avoid this issue.

Over specification of volume mesh size constraints can also trigger this.

maybe deleting the edges around the problem will help.

The edges help define where the mesh conforms. The problem is that I cannot find where this edge intersects this face. I have hundreds of edges, so it's not easy finding it especially if there isn't a way to find that edge and face number in ICEM. All my surfaces are named, but if I select a face it will say "face"/25, when the error shows a generic face number that is internal to ICEM.
