Problem on mesh import to Ansys CFX 10.0

Dear all,

I had generated a mesh file (.msh) from Ansys Icem CFD 5.1. In the past, i got no problem to import the mesh to cfx 9.0, however, an error message was posted while i used cfx 10.0. I would like to ask how to solve this problem?

sir i'm final yr student and i'm working on my project" stress analysis of human skeleton using ansys" we have made approx 3d model of human skeleton on autocad and now we wnt to import model into ansys. so what should be the next step reply me as soon as possible thank u
