Try to make a mesh without negative elements. What do you use? I suspect ICEM CFD....

Well, that is just a matter of experience. Do you make a hex mesh or a mix of tets-prisms? You should check the quality of your mesh before you export it to ansys format. Look for the icon with the large Q.

I always look for to make this, and the quality in the majority of the cases is very good. The mesh that I make is all in the format tetra, will be that I must make in the format tetra-prism? Thanks a lot!
