Hello,

I'm facing problems setting up a rgp-file for helium. The pressure range is 1 bar to 5 bar and temperatures reach from 7 K to 20 K - I'm dealing with a cryogenic application. The régime is supercritical and superheated vapor, respectively. Phase change is not expected and does not have to be considered in the model. Therefore neither the equilibrium nor the non-equilibrium model is required. Can the superheated vapor model (MODEL=3) deal with supercritical conditions? A nearly complete set of material properties is available from NIST. But how do I calculate (dp/dv)_T (p,T) for $table_6 or do you know another source beside NIST? What do I enter in the $PARAM line? Could you give some more detailed information about the saturation properties that need to be provided in each table? What do you suggest as the interpolation option? What actually happens when saturation curve clipping is performed?

thanks!
