Rotating Domain,Blades St frame or rotating?

While solving for blade related problems,i have defined a rotating domain around the Impeller blades,and defined blades as an adiabatic wall.Whether these blades frame should be stationary or rotating?

Blade walls in the rotating domain should be defined as stationary (ie. stationary in the rotating frame of reference - rotating in the stationary frame of reference)
