self intersecting (mesh volume)

Default self intersecting (mesh volume)

I was generated twin propeller in CFX 5. but when it have been volume meshing, it became error (self intersecting its surface). I was reduced mesh control, edge match every surface, and use line method in meshing surface (before i used surface method) but it no longer work. Can anybody help me??
