Hallo,

I am trying to simulate the Particle transport flow inside a boiler drum. The idea is to test the influence of some parameters (pressure, geometry, etc) in the separation water droplets - steam continuum.

The problem is that I donīt know the size distribution of the droplets inside the boiler. Does anyone have an idea on how I can calculate or were I can find the diameter distribution of the droplets inside an industrial boiler?

Thanks in advance

Anderson

Hi,

Talking to a boiler manufacturer sounds like a good place to start.
