can we know y plus in icem or gambit?

Hi I wanted to know that, can we know y plus in advance (during grid generation)? Thanks

Since y+ is a function of the local velocity, you can never know y+ for sure until you have a converged solution. However, you can estimate your velocity or Reynolds number to come up with a good estimate in advance.
