I want to set the angular velocity of the pump as the input parameter for the DOE ( design of experiment) and optimization in RSM( response surface optimization)
To do this, I define the angular velocity as an expression in CFX PRE. Then I define angular velocity as an input parameter and the output pressure as an output parameter in CFX PST. But the output pressure obtained for each angular velocity in "design of experiments" is the same and does not change. What is the problem?

You have done something wrong in the setup. This is basic workbench functionality, so you just need to work out what you have missed. Make sure you have done the tutorial examples on workbench parameters so you see how they are meant to be set up.
