dear all, I got the following error message: 'Increase the file catalog size. '

The analysis worked fine in the steady state setting, but after changing the setting to transient, the above error occurs.

I've tried the following solutions:
1. Increase Catalog Size in solver tab (1.2x~6.0x)
2. Increase mesh size, increase mesh quality
3. Increase Memory Alloc Factor in Interpolatpr memory tab


But I keep getting the same errors.
I'm attaching an Outfile to see if it's a Boundary condition problem. There are many rigid walls, which are curved surfaces.







This run of the CFX 2022 R1 Solver started at 16:12:20 on 08 Apr 2022

If you investigate your output file carefully, you will see that the error occurs when CFX is interpolating the initial solution on your new definition file.
So you need to increase the catalogue size for the interpolation process, not for the solving process.

You have increased the catalogue in the wrong tab (the Interpolator tab is the last tab in the Define Run panel), or using the incorrect command-line options (see cfx5solve -help)
