Backup results in steady simulation

Hi guys! I am doing simulation with CFX in cluster, so I didn't get the results files finally when it didn't arrive at the convergence criteria or the walltime wasn't enough long. In help documents, it is said you can save results with setting backup results file in output control and I did set a backup result file with the name of Backup resulsts1 and set the interation list with 1000, 4000, 6000. But I didn't get any backup results files? Would you tell me what's wrong with my settings? Thank you very much!
