How to create square/rectangular surface and volume meshing with ICEM 10 or CFX meshing 10. I can do it for surface but for volume meshing I can not do it.

try using block mesh

You cannot do that in CFX-Meshm. You can do it in ICEM 10 if you have a Hex-license. If you use ICEM 10, then install the patch, ending up with version 10.0.1. Much better than 10.0.
