Default Mutiple Plane Macro?

First of all, thanks Robin for telling me that I can center a point/normal plane with a mere right click of a button. That saved my day.

However, I'm further investigating saving more time by creating a macro (script?) that will put those planes down for me since I have 28 tiny holes I have to place and the process can get monotonous over 3-4 models.

I'm looking at the manual now, but can anyone give me a quick boost on how a simple plan is defined in a macro? THanks!
