residual peak shot -- CFD Online Discussion Forums

mopen Guest Posts: n/a	Hi all iam simulating 2d airfoil when i refine the mesh to make the spacing about 1e-5 from the airfoil surface to get y+<1 as required with sst and gamma-theta transition model i got a residual peak shot after about 50 iterations could you please explain why this happens? thanks M.Hammam
