Default Mesh adaption problem, PLZ HELP!!

Hello

I am trying to simulate a problem in CFX in which a Mach reflection has been observed ( observed in experiment ). But for the same model and flow conditions the simulation results show a regular reflection. I would just like to use mesh adaption to check if I can resolve the problem. But in all cases ( with changing of adaption parameters ) the solver exits with errors. The msg is like

An error has occurred in cfx5solve: | | | | The CFX-5 mesh refiner was interrupted by signal KILL (9)

Plz suggest something to resolve this issue.

Thanks

Debu
