hello,i am working on a 2way fsi project in cfx11.o.i use cfx method for mesh generation in both solid and fluid models, but it doesn't run completely.error messages are: 1-a negative element volume has been detected. 2-folded mesh occurred. how can i obtain a solution? thanks.

Hi,
Look at where the mesh has folded and either remesh to stop the folding of use the mesh stiffness control to adjust the smoothing to stop the folding. Glenn Horrocks |

hello, i applied a lot of changes in mesh setting but the error messages displays yet.when i decrease inlet pressure the simulation runs normally because the deformation in solid is very small.if ansys solves only FSI problems with small solid deformations or i should set a suitable mesh setting to see large defornations? thanks, s.ghassemi
