Default Evaporating water from a tank

Hello. I'm trying to model water evaporating from a tank into air that is flowing above.

I have two phases, one with air and water Ideal Gas (this one difuses within air), and the other one with water (liquid) and water (liquid also, in order to choose the two resistance model and model the interfacial equilibrium with Raoults Law). How can I consider Latent Heat in heat transfer? I'll be waiting for your help. Thanks in advance.
