Hi, I am trying to simulate the sinking of an offshore tower foundation. I am not sure how to transfer the loads caculated by CFX into kinetic motion for the foundation. Do I have to write a Fortran code (or maybe CEL) and link it to CFX or alternatively doing a full FSI?
Thanks for your Help Amir |

Hi,
If it is rigid body motion you may be able to define the motion in CEL. Otherwise FSI is the easiest way to do it. Glenn Horrocks |
