Hi, I am trying to simulate the sinking of an offshore tower foundation. I am not sure how to transfer the loads caculated by CFX into kinetic motion for the foundation. Do I have to write a Fortran code (or maybe CEL) and link it to CFX or alternatively doing a full FSI?

Thanks for your Help

Hi,

If it is rigid body motion you may be able to define the motion in CEL. Otherwise FSI is the easiest way to do it.
