Blocking in ICEM

Hi

What is the difference between deleting the block to tell ICEM that it is solid surface and its not suppose to mesh it, and creating part (create part with blocks) and then moving it VORFN. In either case we get a solid object so there is no difference right?

It's the same, yes. You can extract "deleted" blocks, by moving them from VORFN.

If you want mesh propagations to be the same either side of a deleted block without having to set it on each block separately; then move the block to be deleted into VORFN.
