ICEM : elements outside of domain !!

Hello,

I'm trying to mesh a more or less complicated geometry using ICEM Hexa and observed something weird. The surface mesh looks fine but the volume elements somehow goes through one of the boundaries and reach out of the domain. Obviously, all my blocks are inside the domain. Did anyone experienced similar problems ? How did you solve it ?

To give you a better idea, the geometry I am meshing is a cube intersecting a cone (creating curved sharp edges) and the top of the cone is truncated. With some imagination it could look like a little square house with a conical roof, truncated.

The problematic volume elements reach out of the domain creating an hemisphere on the truncated face of the cone ONLY when I associate the block edges to the line formed by the intersection of the 2 surfaces. However, this step is needed in ordre to well capture this sharp edge. I have no idea of how I can avoid the problem...
