cfx encountered ERROR #001100279 when setting up condensation calculation for CO2

I've recently had some fatal problems calculating the condensation of CO2, when I set up the condensation calculation, but the solver can't start the calculation. the error message shows:
ERROR #001100279 has occurred in subroutine ErrAction. | Message: | Stopped in routine GV_ERROR I tried to find information, but I couldn't find a specific reason. I tried to calculate the condensation of CO2 using an RGP file in the CFX software, but the CFX-pre did not report any errors or warnings. so, I'm confused |
