pump head gain

i am simulating a centrifugal pump.My experimental head gain is 500 mm Hg at 2800 rpm but the simulated head gain is 150 mm Hg. I am using static rotor at the interfaces and k epsilon as the turbulence model. I have total pressure at the inlet and mass flow rate at oulet(5 lpm). any suggestions....
