I like to calculate a drag force for a simple cylinder for a benchmark study.

I have created a box of air surronding the cylinder- do I have to keep the cylinder in the model- or the air volume will be sufficent. the cylinder is a moving object -

I do not know how to set up the geomety -

shall I have a solid for the cylinder and the fuild for the air

and define interface between them

please help thanks agian for all of your helps
