ICEM 2 CFX

how do I export the mesh WITH splines and points into CFX?

I got an unstructured mesh, with a rotating domain. the problem is, that I can't export my axis!!

on the other side ... how do I create an axis in CFX, if the export doesnt work?!

(I have a 2-D case)

thx for help!

Hi,

CFX only imports mesh. I cannot import lines and points.

To create an axis you have to type the point locations into CFX. It would be nice to have it carry over but at the moment you can't do it.

What you need to do is, make your geometry such that the domain which you want to rotate should made with reference to a axis, later when you import the same in CFX, you need not to have axis to be incorporated.
