cfxpre error

whenever i open pre i get the following message. i reinstalled the CFX but i'm still getting same message.. can somebody plz help?

"The application has encountered an unexpected problem and will now terminate:

Aborting due to unexpected error: socketError: Socket::hasData: - socket hangup

Please report this error, along with the circumstances in which it occurred.

The following information may be useful to CFX support:

Hi,

I got exactly the same error as yours, have you figure it out after all. I have no idea of why the error, it seems not to be the machine problem, because the NumecaFine runs well on the same node...
