Default ICEM - incomplete mesh generation

When try to mesh after importing and merging 4 iges geometries into ICEM, I end up having incomplete mesh with some of the more.

I have tried build topology followed by build body from the repair geometry menu, but nothing seems to work. I have also tried building body without building the topology first, but always some part of the solid geometry is always left unmeshed. I have also played with the mesh size but to no success.

What difference would it make to mesh without building topology and creating solid body?
