Hello, all,

I am currently using the Lagrangian model (i.e., the particle tracking model) in CFX software, mainly to investigate the impact of droplet evaporation in a steam turbine. Relevant information can be found in the CFX help documentation at the following link: https://ansyshelp.ansys.com/public/a...PartFlui2.html, specifically section 8.5.4.7.2 "Liquid Evaporation Model." However, it mentions a CCL file, which I have not worked with before and am unsure how to open and apply it to my model. Could anyone kindly help me resolve this issue? Thank you all!

Best regards

Opaque will become famous soon enough
Create new case, File menu, Import CCL, locate the directory model-templates, select the template of interest.

Done. Once you see the pre-defined physics, import your mesh and complete your model.

Thank you very much for your reply. However, when I import the CCL file, a large number of errors appear in the CFX software interface, and I have been unable to resolve this issue.Thank you again!

Of course, you will get a long list of "messages". You need to fill in the blanks for the mesh locations.

Once you fill in the missing mesh locations, do you still have other errors? I would not import a template on top of an existing case. It is not intended for that usage.
