boundary layer under different roughness
 

Hallo,every body!

I want to show the boundary layer under different roughness. Through which parameter of contour-plot can illustrate the result.

I have try to with "velocity gradient", but it ist not perpendicular to the surface of the body(because the body ist elliptic objects)

Can anybody me help, how to illustrate the result?
