hi everyone, I've two diferent result files (one fron time 0 to 7.2s and the other from 7.2s to 30s). When I try to load both of them into CFX-post, they appear on different tabs. I dont' really bother about that but the problem is that, when I try to make an animation, it only plots the first 7.2s which are on the first results file. Any idea of how can I solve it?

Hi Lana,
You should try this: 1) Load the first .res file (i.e. 0 to 7.2s) in CFX-post. 2) Click on the 'timestep selector' icon (looks like a clock). 3) Click on the folder icon that appears in the new window. 4) Select the remaining transient files (i.e. 7.2 to 30s) Now your animation should include all the timesteps. Good luck, Federico |
