Default reasonable mixing rate for C2H6 Oxygen mixture

I want to simulate the following reaction

2C2H6 + 7O2 = 6H2O + 4CO2

in a cicular pipe.

During the simulation I found out that the temperature at some locations reaches a value above 4000 K. I think this value is over-perdicted and want to set a limit for mixing rate in my model.

But how large is the reasonable value in this reaction? In the ANSYS document (ANSYS CFX-Solver Modeling Guide, ANSYS CFX Release 11,0 page 265) I can only find the value for methane-air mixture.

Can anyone help me? Thanks.
