Heat Transfer Coefficents in Two Resistance Model
 

I'm simulating heat transfer in two-phase stratified flow with phase change. I'm using the two resistance model for heat transfer, so I need to input two heat transfer coefficients, one for each side of the interface.

Are the heat transfer coefficients local or averaged?
