Hi,

Does anyone know how to properly configure Windows machines as SLAVES for parallel processing when Linux machines are HOSTS?

Thanks in advance

Hi,

RTFM - it's all in the documentation, in the installation guide. You will have to use PVM if you are running both Linux and Windows and generally you will find PVM on windows is not very efficient so I think you will find it is not worth doing.

A windows cluster running MPICH or a Linux cluster running anything goes well, but combinations of windows and linux are a bad idea.
