Stagnant liquid metal heat transfer

Hello everybody,

I'm trying to simulate the following problem:

1 |2| 3 |4|5|

where: 1 = liquid sodium flowing at high temperature; 2 = Steel; 3 = Stagnant liquid sodium; 4 = Steel; 5 = Boiling Water;

My problem is how to tell CFX to use a particular correlation to calculate heat transfer coefficient for the stagnant liquid sodium (material created as Pure Substance) - for example: Nu = a + bPe^c - in order to take into account its real heat transfer mechanism (the most important aspect in my simulation).

Any suggestion will be really appreciated.
