Respected sir/madam,
I want to study the flow behaviour through a rotating serpentine passage in internal cooling of rotor blade. I have given some boundary condition that i state below. In solver i am not getting the results as convergence. i have given fluid as steady state flow, rotation speed is 16028rpm, inlet air temperature is 805K,static frame total pressure is 27bar and subsonic. In the wall: no slip and adiabatic option was given. In outlet: subsonic, average static pressure 11bar. In material condition: thermodynamic state is gas, ideal gas 28.96Kg/mol, specific heat as 1101.39J/KgK, dynamic viscosity as 3.6378E-5 Pasec, Thermal conductivity as 0.057 W/mK. Please help me. It is my need of your helping hands. Looking forward for your reply.Thank you... |
