CFX - Pre and Workbench License issues

I have CFX and Ansys Workbech installed on my Windows XP m/c When I finish mesh and attempt to start CFX-Pre from Workbench, I get the following error message

"CFX-Pre terminated while attempting to connect to Workbench"

Can anyone point me to a way I can resolve this issue?

Are you using a 32bit CFX on 64 XP/Vista? if so that's your problem.
Workbench+mesh works fine but pre, solver and post don't.
