How to obtain cylindrical velocity components?

Hi, all,

I want to get the velocity components in cylindrical coordinate directly, i.e. not through CEL to transfer from cartesian coordinate to cylinder. Because it is difficult to decide the direction of cylindrical velocity components. I am sure that this can be obtained by setting working coordinate or something else, but I donot know how to.

Please guide me through this, any help will be very appreciated. Thank u.

In the turbo-tab you can define the x-axis and let Post calculate the cylindrical velocity components, which are then available as field variables.

Thank you very much, Timon. There is only one simple step from hell to paradise, aha....
