CEL question

Dear all,

anyone who could teach me or give me a guidance on how to establish the mathematical operator such as gradient, curl, divergenceļ¼Œ derivative(full)differential and integral by using the CEL expression respectively for a certain variable in CFX?

I'm really a new comer for this field, any help would be appreciated very much.

Regards

Harry

Re: CEL question

I thought you couldn't with CEL. It doesn't support vector operations (maybe in the next release?). Use fortran instead.

You can use gradient and curl operators in CEL since CFX 11.0. For example, to obtain pressure gradient components, use p.Gradient X, p.Gradient Y, p.Gradient Z. Other variables and operators can be obtained in the same way.
