I have successfully finished a simulation with cfx11.0 32bit(converged).
however, when I read in 64bit cfx11.0, and start calculation, the iterations terminated after 5 to 6 steps. and the error information are: ERROR #004100025 has occurred in subroutine SCL_RESCH. | | Message: | | A floating point overflow has occurred. Check solver | | parameters, boundary conditions and mesh quality. The | | calculation will be terminated. | | Note: if this error occurs at the first iteration, that may | | be caused by the initial guess, e.g., a zero initial | | velocity and zero dynamic viscosity. | |--------------------------------------------------------------------| | Traceback: | | | Parallel run: Received message from slave ----------------------------------------- Slave partition : 5 Slave routine : SCL_RESCH Master location : RCVBUF,MSGTAG=999999 Message label : 004100025 Message follows below - : +--------------------------------------------------------------------+ | ERROR #004100025 has occurred in subroutine SCL_RESCH. | | Message: | | A floating point overflow has occurred. I seem to be having the very same problems?
Did you ever get to the bottom of this? Thanks. E |
