yeeking86 is on a distinguished road
I am currently working on a model where I have both water and air acting as fluid. The water flows through a microchannel with air trapped in the gaps preventing the water from flowing into the gaps. I need to find out the heat transfer between the water and the microchannel. I am using Volume of Fluid (VOF) method to model the fluid. When I tried to solve it says error solving multiphase flow. Can anyone tell me how to solve this multiphase flow?

Thank you

Hi,

Have a look at the free surface flow over a bump tutorial. This will show you the basics of how to set up this type of model.
