Modeling Geometries in CFX

Hi,

I´m trying to model a batch reactor with CFX 10 - the only one I have available in my university.

The problem is that I don't know how to edit or modify an existing geometry (like a default batch tank with one impeller). Do I need a different tool like ANSYS Workbench? In fact, I needed something relatively user-friendly but able to allow me to optimize a reactors geometry!

Thank you for the the attention
