Error
 
Please guide me for the error.

Is it because of insufficient RAM of 1 RAM

I had the same error message and fixed it with the reduction of the grid refinement. I just had to much nodes

The problem is pretty obvious. You have run out of memory. Either you need more memory, close down some non-essential processes using memory, go to parallel or make the simulation smaller. If your simulation is borderline if you shut your machine down and run the simulation as the very first thing you do on start-up you have your best bet with big runs.
