Default "Solver-pvm. exe"Error in running cfx-64!!!

hi:
i have installed the cfx-64bit on a win-64. i am running a simple cfd problem in cfx,but after completed preprocessing when i start run an error appears that says "c\program file\ansys inc\v110\...\solver-pvm.exe can not be found or is not readable"
can anyone help me???

This is a known bug in CFX11. You need to contact your CFX support person to get a fix which recognises more recent CPU types. Or you could upgrade to V12.
