Hi,
While simulating Rotor-Stator case I am getting error as Could nor invert control surface Ap and then case gets crashed.

Is this error related to mesh ?.If so how to get the location where mesh quality need to be improved .But my mesh has fulfilled the mesh quality criteria.

In Same case sometimes wall at outlet starts to develop and after few iterations case gets crashed.
Even reducing the back pressure at exit didn't work.
I am using coarse mesh.
Please suggest.
