Can someone tell me what exactly MFR (Multiple Frames of Reference) means in CFX and what is the difference between MFR & GGI . what is the purpose of going for extra license of MFR ???

MFR is multiple frames of reference. It allows you to have sections of the mesh rotate at different velocities. GGI are general grid interfaces and allow unmatched grids to interfae together. You get an unmatched grid interface where different frames of reference meet so a GGI is used to connect them.
