Particle tracking in multiphase flow

Hi. I'm modelling a multiphase flow problem with particle tracking. The problem consists on a channel or launder where ther is water flowing in the bottom, and air on top (a typical open channel). For the inlet boundary condition I had to use a step function in order to say that water enters on the bottom and air on top. The thing is, now I have to inject particles with the water.

I get an error that the problem is not supported in CFX11, because I have two eulerian phases, air and water:

"In domain 'Domain 1': Particle tracking problems with more than one continuous eulerian phase are not supported."

What can I do? I've seen cases of air and water with particles. Does CFX 12 support this?

Thanks.

You have to set the particles as a disperse/discrete phase. You cannot have particles as a continuous phase.

Ghorrocks, do you mean morphology option "Particle Transport Solid" is actually a continuous fluid ?
So just switching to morphology "Dispersed solid" will fix the issue ?

Thx
